This week’s poll asks which circuit Formula One should race at if it’s final two races cannot take place in the Middle East. The Algarve circuit in Portimao, Portugal is by far the most popular option so far:
Portimao is the most obvious choice.
For the second race, probably Imola as it’s the most recent, but I’d go for Paul Ricard as a mix between recently raced at, half decent weather, and good facilities for the teams.
Yes, it’s a pretty rubbish track, and the long straight into Signes will be hugely neutered, but I can’t see them racing anywhere colder than that, and even Imola is a few degrees cooler in November/December.
