After their almost flawness numbers for the first half of the opening set, both players’ first-serve percentages has dropped below 50%. But Rybakina still finds a way to 40-15 in this game, before coughing up a third double fault and then balancing that out with an ace. Rybakina consolidates the break to lead 3-0 … but Zheng is probably enjoying this, hoping it’ll become 5-0 so she can do what she does best.
