At least 68 people have been killed and 200 injured following a magnitude-7.7 earthquake in Indonesia.

Nearly 1,600 aftershocks have been detected in the province since the powerful earthquake struck, with thousands of people sheltering in tents and government buildings afraid to return home.

What’s next?

Displaced people have been awaiting aid for some days but organisations say access to isolated communities is starting to improve.
